These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astripurse website at astripurse.com and the Astripurse app (together, the "Service"), provided by Scalero LTD ("we", "us", "our"), Levi Eshkol 100, Tel Aviv, Israel. By using the Service or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Astripurse provides an astrology-inspired money habits program, delivered digitally through our app. It includes a Money Sign profile based on your birth date, a day-by-day plan of small actions, daily forecasts, a journal where you can type or record notes, coaching replies and a savings tracker. Plan content is personalized from the answers you give in our quiz.

2. Not financial advice; entertainment and self-reflection

Astripurse is for general education, self-reflection and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, debt or accounting advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product. Astrological content, including Money Signs, forecasts and calendars, is not scientific and does not predict events or financial outcomes. We do not guarantee that you will save, earn or achieve any particular result. Decisions about your money are yours; for advice about your situation, consult a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Subscriptions are sold for a fixed period (4, 12 or 24 weeks). An introductory price applies to your first period, as shown before checkout. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the renewal price shown at checkout, and you authorize the charge to your payment method. Prices may include or exclude tax depending on your location; the final price is shown before you pay. We email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in one click at astripurse.com/cancel or from your account, through the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing support@astripurse.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

8. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will notify you before a price change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the journal entries, voice notes and other content you add ("Your Content"). You give us a limited license to store and process Your Content only to provide the Service to you, including generating coaching replies and personal insights. We do not use Your Content for advertising and do not show it to other users. You can delete Your Content at any time from your account.

10. Acceptable use and intellectual property

All content in the Service, including text, graphics and software, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service, or upload unlawful content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for financial losses arising from decisions you make. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
